Hi! I'm Anna, pronounced "ah-nah." I'm a full time healthy lifestyle coach, creative entrepreneur, outgoing introvert, personal development junkie, and lover of epic salads and spicy red wine. I live in Chicago with my husband Ben, and while I feel most alive among the mountains and big trees, I'm a Midwest girl at heart. I'm on a mission to live my joy, share my journey, and motivate YOU to create an inspired life.
